Now that some BIG episodes of the podcast are behind them, Paul and Eli can now get back to “normal” and get stuck into some delicious “Cheap Eats” and maybe savour a musical oddity or two! They were both gifted with a few wonderful things after the live show, so let’s dive into a box of crazy candy and taste its delights. There are fizzy chocolate bars to nibble, cheesy nuts to munch and odd sour liquids to guzzle down, but will any of it be any good? When it comes to “Silverman’s Platter”, Eli’s brought along a few tracks will hopefully delight, but also completely confound. There are songs from 80s light entertainers, faux vaudeville bands and an odd medical 7” vinyl that, frankly, will get you scratching your head in confusion.
